We can purchase and export Japanese used cars that you request from the used car auction of Japan.
We have the membership of the used car auction.

1. By using our service, you can see the used car auction of Japan in English on the Internet.
   And, you can choose the car you want from among quite a lot of cars by yourself.
   Moreover, you can examine a past successful bid market price.
   
   The member registration is necessary to use our service.
   Please request the member registration.
   After we receive the request, we e-mail you ID and password within three business days.
   The member registration is free.
   
   Prices in auction are usually lower than retail prices of the trader who sell stock cars.
   Even if our commission is added, you will be able to buy used cars of Japan at low prices.

2. Please choose the car that you want to buy.
   

3. Please inform us the bid price of the car that you want to purchase.
   And, please remit deposit by T/T.We require 10% of your bid price as deposit.(Minimum　50000yen)
   (This deposit is allotted to the purchase cost. If we cannot make a successful bid for the car, this deposit is repaid or is allotted to the price of other cars that you purchase.)
   
   And, we make a successful bid for the used car if we can make a successful bid by your bid price or less.
   (The cancellation after this is not accepted. )
   
   
4. After it makes a successful bid, we send you invoice by e-mail.
   
   

   You have to pay following fee together with the price of the car. (FOB price)
   The commission of the successful bid price, the consumption tax 5% of Japan, and the auction halls (about 15000-25000 yen) is necessary as the price of the car.

   Our Commission	5% of winning bid price (Minimum 50,000YEN)
   Bank fee	Basic bank fee1500YEN + 0.05% of amount of transfer (Minimum2500YEN) =Minimum4000YEN
   Custom fee	Minimum 25,000-30000YEN
   Domestic Transport fee	About 10000-50000 yen (Depend on the model and the distance to the port)
   EMS and Document fee	15,000YEN

   Other Fee
   
   There may be some extra fees associated with your auction.
   Note-above fees are only estimated if your car has some problems before shipping then
   Extra charge might apply from Shipping company and/or transport company. Please remember these condition will apply in some cases.

   • If the car wont start engine, extra transport fees apply.
   • If oil leaks, shipping company wont accept your car on its ship before we fix oil leak.
   • Our trade term is FOB,
     so you pay the fare, the marine insurance premium, the import duty of your country, and the custom fee of your country, etc.
   • It might cost the moor fee in the port.
   • Repair cost
   • De-gas fee
     
     
     We send you detailed information on the vehicle.
     The information contains the accident calendar, the repair part, the wound, and the dent, etc.
     You should carefully see the detailed information, and choose the car.
     We only bid on your behalf the car that you want to purchase at car auction of Japan.
     Therefore, we do not do any guarantee to the car that you made a successful bid.
   
   
5. Please transfer within 48 hours by T/T(telegraphic transfer ,wire transfer).
   And,please send us the confirmation vote of the telegraphic transfer of the bank by the fax ASAP.
   
   
6. After confirming payment from you, we export the car.
   
   
7. We send out B/L to you via EMS.
   

About Deposit

We require at least 10% of your maximum bid price as deposit.(Minimum 50000yen)
(This deposit is allotted to the purchase cost.
If we cannot make a successful bid for the car, this deposit is repaid or is allotted to the price of other cars that you purchase.)

We cannot bid if the fax doesn't reach us.

Therefore,please contact us by theree days before the auction date at Japan standard time if there is a car that you want to buy.

However, the number of exhibition vehicles of the auction increases while approaching at the auction date.
And, the exhibition vehicle might still be few when it is before three days of the auction date.

We cannot bid because you do not have time to transfer deposit even if you request us to bid immediately before the auction starting time.

If you want to surely bid and to make a successful bid,
to avoid the situation of delay to deadline for transfer , You can send deposit to us beforehand.

In this case, please transfer 10% or more of your budget beforehand roughly as deposit.

In this case, we can bid if you will contact us by the day before of the auction date.
In this case, you can choose the car that you want to buy from among more cars. And, the possibility to be able to bid is high.
Therefore, we recommend you to entrust deposit to us beforehand. We carefully manage your deposit.

Please transfer bank fee together.
Our bank fee:Basic bank fee1500YEN + 0.05% of amount of transfer (Minimum2500YEN) =Minimum4000YEN

 

Please Notice:

• If you cancel your auction after your successful bid or you have not completed payment to the time limit,
  we will not refund your deposit.
• When we refund (transfer back) your deposit to your bank account,bank transfer fee,
  charged by our bank will be subtracted from the sum that will be transferred to you.
• Please contact us beforehand if you want to specify the ship.
  If you do not specify the ship, we leave the booking of the ship to the customs clearance trader.
  And, we do not accept complaints about ocean freight etc. in that case.
• The charge for putting the car on the container and the charge for putting the car and the container to the ship are different according to the model and the port.
  We do not accept the complaint about these charges.
