We usually accept only the item that can be shipped via EMS.
The condition that can be sent out via EMS varies depending on the country.
The maximum weight of the item that we can send out via EMS is between 10kg-30kg though it depends on the region with the country.

We receive your item from the shop ,we calculate shipping fee (Actual postal charge plus handling fee 25%) to your country.
We email you correct shipping fee and our comission.

Please transfer by T/T(telegraphic transfer ,wire transfer). And,please send us the confirmation vote of the telegraphic transfer of the bank by the fax or e-mail.
(When the payment total is 200,000 yen or less, we accept payment by Paypal . )

Other Fees : Bank fee is necessary if you send money by T.T.,
Basic bank fee1500YEN + 0.05% of amount of transfer (Minimum2500YEN) =Minimum4000YEN
If you send money by paypal, 5% of total (including our commission) is necessary.

Please complete payment within 48hours.

We fill in an actual amount of money of the item on the custom form of EMS.
The tariff is not included in  EMS charge.
(The customhouse in your country might demand the tariff and the consumption tax to you. .In this case , you must pay them to the customhouse.)

We cannot ship prohibited goods. You should examine whether the item is prohibited goods before buying the item. We cannot make amends for the price of the item when the item cannot be shipped with prohibited goods.

*Insurance Program of EMS: If EMS mail is damaged or partly missing during delivery, a maximum of 20,000 yen is paid for the actual loss. If the EMS item is worth more than 20,000 yen, please indicate the premium from Insurance Program that corresponds to the value of your EMS article on the required form. In such cases, an additional fee is required.

2.We confirm whether there is a stock of the item that you want to buy in the shop.
NOTICE:If the shop write how much stock they have on their website , please check by yourself before your request . Estimate charge (315yen - 5250yen)is necessary for more than 3 times change in the order or reculculate.

3. We email you the total amounts of money of a domestic shipping fee, the domestic transfer commission, and our commission, etc.

4. Please transfer by T/T(telegraphic transfer ,wire transfer). And,please send us the confirmation vote of the telegraphic transfer of the bank by the fax or e-mail.
(When the payment total is 200,000 yen or less, we accept payment by Paypal . )

5.After receiving the charge from you, we order to the shop instead of you.

NOTICE!
It takes about ten days from one week from your payment to our order.Because it takes about one week to an international remittance of the bank and an international withdrow of Paypal.

6.We order and pay.
Once we receive your items , we weigh your item and we culculate shipping cost (Actual postal charge plus handling fee 25%) to your country and inform you total .

7.Please send us shipping cost (by T/T or Paypal).

8. After receiving the charge from you, we send your items out and email you tracking number of EMS.

NOTICE!
We don't inspect your items. We don't check items and we simply post or export your items to your destination after we received from shop.
You should inquire to shop before you buy if there is a doubt point.

We do not guarantee items that you bought.
Even if seller doesn't send us the item after we pay to shop, we do not guarantee.
In this case,we will give you evidence of our payment to the shop.

If you want to return or exchange goods , please contact the shop directly.
We do not support it.

If we refund (transfer back) to your bank account or Paypal account, bank transfer fee and paypal fee charged by our bank or Paypal will be subtracted from the sum that will be transferred to you.

We cannot ship prohibited goods. You should examine whether the item is prohibited goods before buying the item. We cannot make amends for the price of the item when the item cannot be shipped with prohibited goods.

In the case of pre-order and reservation
You have to pay us item price and our commission and Japan domestic sipping cost and bank fee in full beforehand.
You cannot cancel the order by your convenience.
Even when the sale of the item is postponed, you cannot cancel the order.
When the sale of the item is discontinued, We subtract our commission and refund it to you.

You should say directly to shop when there is a complaint.
We do not translate your complaint , and do not contact shop instead of you.
We do not hear of any complaint.

Combine Shipping

If you hope we send out two or more items together, we can send it out together.
And, you can save shipping.
(However, those items should be items of weight and the size that we can send out via EMS even if we combine items. Click here ,and please confirm whether we can send out the item to your country via EMS before you buy.)
In this case, we keep your item for one weeks or less.

When you buy multiple items from the same shop at a time, the item quantity is considered to be one.

The penalty of the purchasing price of 30% if you do not pay the shipping fee from Japan to your country even if the keeping time limit(1weeks) is passed.
