We do not guarantee the item that you bought.

Even if seller doesn't send us the item after we pay to seller, we do not guarantee.
In this case,we will give you evidence of our payment to the seller.

You should check the feedback of seller before you bid.

We do not translate your complaint , and do not contact to seller instead of you.

We accept only the item that can be shipped via EMS.
The condition that can be sent out via EMS varies depending on the country.

If the e-mail is garbled,we cannot support your auction.

If you use freemail or webmail (like yahoo.com , hotmail.com) , Japanese might be garbled.
If you install Japanese MS IME, and you use the e-mail software of Microsoft's such as Outlook Express, E-mail is not garbled.
You should downroad Microsoft's software from here and install Japanese MS IME .

When 48 hours or more have passed since the auction was ended
Or
When 24 hours or more have passed since you received mail from the seller
We do not accept your request.

Afterwards, we contact the seller.

Once we receive your request we send you invoice .
But if the mail from that seller sent you is garbled , we can not accept your request.
Please check mail software or mail system that you are using before your bid.

Please transfer within 48 hours after the end of auction by T/T(telegraphic transfer ,wire transfer)
or within 24 hours after your receiving email from the seller .
And,please send us the confirmation vote of the telegraphic transfer of the bank by the fax or e-mail ASAP.
(When the payment total is 100,000 yen or less, we accept payment by Paypal.
Please pay through Paypal within 48 hours after the end of auction. )

When you do not pay within 48 hours after the end of auction
or within 24 hours after your receiving email from the seller,
We charge 2500YEN late payment fee or we do not support your auction.
(Including the case of the seller cancels because of the delay of your payment and report )

Otherwise the seller of your item will cancel your auction and this item is no longer available to you. Also seller will charge you cancellation fee if you cancel and you will get very bad feedback on your yahoo ID.

Successful bid price 10000-20000yen:3000yen

Total:13,000yen plus shipping charge from Japan to your country
(If your packege within size of EMS condition)

Other Fees

The following charges besides these charges might be charged

• 5% consumption tax and handling fee that seller has charged us.
• 2500 YEN penalty fee if you cancel the auction after the successful bid.(Including the case of the seller cancels because of the delay of your payment and report)
• If you send money by paypal, 5% of total (including our commission) is necessary.
• Bank fee is necessary if you send money by T.T.,

• Shipping within Japan that exceeds 1000YEN.

Please pay above-mentioned fee as soon as possible within 48 hours after the end of the auction.

We receive your item from seller,we calculate shipping fee (Actual postal charge plus 25%) to your country.
We email you correct shipping fee.
Please complete payment within 48hours.

Other fee

If you hope we send out two or more items together, we can send it out together.
And, you can save shipping.
(However, those items should be items of weight and the size that we can send out via EMS even if we combine items. )
In this case, we keep your item for two weeks or less.

When you buy multiple items from the same seller at a time, the item quantity is considered to be one.

We do not keep your items for two weeks or more.

The penalty of the purchasing price of 30% if you do not pay the shipping fee from Japan to your country even if the keeping time limit(2weeks) is passed.

When you do not pay shipping fee for one month or more, we consider that you abandoned the property right of items.And, we dispose of your items.

After we confirm payment for shipping from you,we will send items out.
We useally ship items via EMS.
Please inquire before you bid if you hope for other shipment methods.

We don't check items and we simply post or export your items to your destination.

Most sellers block bid of the buyer whose negative feedback is more than positive feedback.
Some sellers of Yahoo Japan Auctions dislike dealings with the foreigner, because they often cancel your bid.
But the seller want to have dealings with you if you have a lot of positive feedbacks.
